We are pleased to announce the third edition of the PhDs in Criminology Network event. It will take place on Tuesday March 17, 2026, from 13:00 to 16:30, in the Aurora Room of the main building of the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Drinks will follow at the nearby NSCR office.

For whom?

We invite all PhD candidates who work on research related to crime, criminal justice, law enforcement and victimology at Dutch universities, research institutes and other organizations.

About the event

Please join us for meeting old and new friends, a forum discussion about the mix of scientific disciplines in criminology from the perspective of PhD candidates, and presentations about visualizing your research findings for stakeholders and a wider public.
