Cybercrime and terrorism are at the forefront of the European security agenda. Surprisingly little is
known about these crimes, however. This seminar will discuss the state of the art of criminological
knowledge about these crimes. The seminar will be concluded with the presentation of a position
paper ‘Cybercrime and terrorism’: the human factor. Are you a researcher, policy maker or otherwise
interested in European Security? Then you are cordially invited to attend this seminar.
This seminar, co-organised by the Netherlands Institute for the Study of Crime and Law Enforcement, a NWO institute, and Neth-ER, is associated with the Netherlands’ Presidency of the Council of the EU. It will take place on 26 May 2016, from 14:45-17:00 at the Permanent Mission of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Brussels.
