On this page we inform employees about working at the NSCR. If necessary, we are following the guidelines of the RIVM and the advice of our cabinet.<\/em>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

Hybrid working<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

Everyone can work at the NSCR again. However, you must reserve a workplace in advance. Consult with your program leader\/manager which days you work from home. For the time being, we are having our meetings in a hybrid manner, so that everyone can attend.<\/span><\/p>\n

Signing up for a desk via OKKU<\/span><\/b><\/h4>\n

You have to register for a desk\/room via https:\/\/nscr.okku.io\/<\/strong><\/a>. <\/span>You can reserve your workplace up to 4 weeks in advance. Have you made a reservation, but decided not to come? Cancel your desk so someone else can sit there.<\/span><\/p>\n

Working at the SAL<\/span><\/b><\/h4>\n

Do you want to work in the SAL? Then please register via Thomas.<\/span><\/p>\n

What to do in case of a Covid-19 infection while you were at the NSCR?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

If you have tested positive, do not only to report this to the people you have been in contact with at the NSCR, but also send an email to the secretariat. They will inform #iedereen that there is a colleague with Covid-19 (completely anonymous), and also mention when this colleague was last present at the NSCR. Those who were present on that day can take action – for example, work from home for a few days. In this way we can prevent further infections as much as possible and better protect colleagues in risk groups.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Travel<\/b><\/h4>\n

If you travel to a country that is yellow or green at departure but changes to orange during your vacation, you will have to go into quarantine after your return. In this case we advise you to return to the Netherlands as soon as the code orange has been announced and to go into quarantine at home. If part of the quarantine period falls outside your vacation, you can work from home. If working from home is not possible, you do not need to take leave for these quarantine days.
\nIf you choose to remain at your vacation destination when it turns orange and you are required to undergo quarantine upon your return, this may affect your leave balance. If you are unable to work from home during the quarantine period, you will need to take leave for this period. Please contact the secretariat and your program leader in such cases.<\/p>\n

Business travel<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Business travel is possible on a limited basis upon Beate’s approval. If you plan to take a trip for work, please consult with your program leader first.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
